What is EazeeWallet?

eWallet is an electronic wallet created for every staff and students that can be used to purchase items and bandwidth within the campus. In order to use this wallet, all staffs and students are required to activate their account on their portal.

How do I credit/fund my eWallet account?

All staffs and students are to visit the IT support centre to pay cash into their account. However, parents/guardian can credit their child/ward account through GTB:
Account Number: 0130174328
Account Name: Landmark University E-Wallet Account.

To fund this account, parents are advised to enter student’s Registration Number and name (in this order as the depositor) (Image)

How do I use my eazee wallet in the cafeteria, shopping mall, bookshop, etc?

Each time a transaction is to be made at any point on campus, students/staff will be expected to present their ID card and enter their pins on the key pad provided.

Forgot my eWallet pin?

Login to your portal, click on the link “Reset lost pin”. Provide your secret answer used in the activation of your account, provide a new desired pin and confirm. Click here for more information

Send a support ticket at http://ticket.lmu.edu.ng/ for the re-activation of your account.

What is support ticket?

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

How do I send a support ticket?

Visit http://ticket.lmu.edu.ng/ to send a support ticket. To create a new ticket, click on “open a new ticket” after which you fill that will be displayed on the next page and “create ticket”.


You are to provide a valid e-mail address “@lmu.edu.ng” in filling the ticket form. Please note that a support ticket request ID e.g. #332296 will be created, this will be needed to track the status of your request at http://ticket.lmu.edu.ng/ . A representative will reply the support ticket as soon as it is sent.

How do I track my support ticket?

Visit http://ticket.lmu.edu.ng/ and click “check ticket status”

You will be prompted  to enter your email address and  ticket ID. Click “view status”. You will be able to view any reply from our representative and also post reply if need be.
NOTE: You can also check your ticket status via your e-mail address.
