The university provides a wide range of computing resources and support services. It has about 3 computer laboratories with over 200 computers available. Landmark University main Library also has numerous computers for research.

The general access computer facilities provide convenient and secure on-campus computing facilities for registered students, faculty, staff, departments, and affiliates. We strive to provide up-to-date and relevant software and hardware coupled with outstanding customer service and technical support that adapts to the developing computing needs of Landmark University campus community.

All of our general access computer facilities are equipped with software offerings, scanners, printers, projectors, public address systems, document camera, barcode scanner, duo-pen, telecoms, and other assistive technology. Our general access computer facilities are also staffed by computer consultants that are trained to assist our clients with computer issues ranging from account creation to scanner walk-throughs to in-application troubleshooting and tutoring.

We have computer systems in various locations in the campus:

  • CSIS laboratory 1: The CSIS laboratory 1 is located on the second floor of the first college building. It is open Monday-Friday of every week from 8am – 5pm except for other events. The lab is open to the entire Landmark university community and visitors.
  • CSIS laboratory 2: The CSIS laboratory 2 is located on the first floor of the Second college building towards the B wing. It is open Monday-Friday of every week from 8am – 5pm except for other events. The lab is open to the entire Landmark university community and visitors.
  • Agricultural laboratory: The laboratory is located on the second floor of the first college building (adjacent to the students’ cafeteria); this laboratory is exclusively opened majorly to the College of Agricultural sciences except for CBT purposes. It is open Monday-Friday of every week from 8 am – 5pm except for other events.
  • E-library: This library is located on the last floor of the school main library. The electronic library computing facilities has internet access for open research. It is open to only Landmark university community. The opening session is below:

The computing environment is primarily made up of LINUX operating systems alongside with windows systems. For personal computing there are over 200 laptop computers running versions of Zorin or Windows operating systems.
